1. USD's rally is set to continue, not for the next few weeks but would rather say for the next few months. Mainly from
A. The decouple theory will be read more as recouple, ie people are going to adjust more of their view on Euro land as well as UK+AU+NZ and other emerging makets for their over-confidence, rates r set to be lower in those countries when they finally gave up the inflation control since it is more a deflationary story ahead.
B. The resilience of US export and the reduction of deficit from both the increase of exporting and the decline of crude oil price.
C. Election(Not so sure abt this one but i would argue that more bullish for USD no matter what result is coming out)
2. As a result or a loop on effect, commodity sector is going to see a correction. Again not only in a few weeks but a multi moths periods for the reason stated above.
We shall see and time will tell...
