But, if you already went back. What I can think is:
1, Call your univ. to find out something more than a diplome, for example, some letters from the Student Affairs or so.
2, put whatever you got from school, and a copy of your diplome, a copy of your transcripts and a request letter into a parkage and mail it directtly the leader of the Education group.
Remember, the education group just does not want to take the responsbility of making a fake one. So, make your parckage complete.
It worth a try. But, I never do it before.
