My wife will mail it to me or ask some one to bring it to me when she receives it.
One of my friends filed the form for almost a year without receiving the approved doc.
I only stay home this time for about two weeks. So it is impossible for me to file the form 30 days prior to my proposed date of departure, but I filed it anyway while I am still in the U.S.
