eventually they can make themselves the Internet cafes or Wi-Fi internet providers...of course it will be fee based when they have enough customers. When I am traveling and have some spare time, I'd like to take my laptop with me, sit in Startbucks to have a cup of cappuccino while surfing the Internet.
