esp, some former state-owned firms who have low regard of integrity.

中国民生银行did not go to NY for listing. If so, it will get a tough lesson for its fraudulent internal documents.

I always think that it is stupid for Chinese firms to go NY for listings. The financing costs are much higher and possible legal trouble is everywhere.

HK or Singapore are better places.
