I just checked the law firm who gets the case of anti-dumping from the Chinese company. It seems that the partens and lawyers have some experiences in the areas of anti-dumping. However, few lawyer even worked in the the foreign law firms
focusing on this area.
It is good to hear the news that Chinese law firm starts to handle the cases in this area. However, there would be some time to go for them to really compete with the US lawyers who have already been well trained and experienced hundreds of AD cases.
It will cost the applicants around 1 million USD to get a anti-dumping case done at the WTO. It is a profitable business.
