I said 15-40% off from their highs, which means the asking prices in March 05 were 30,000 plus rmb per sq. metre now you can get for 20,000 rmb or so. You may also get some for 15,000 or lower per sq mt.
I am very familiar with Jin An Fon Jin; I am a next door neighbor, few blocks from Ritz and Heng Long Plaza. In Feb. 2003 the asking price for Jin An was about 12,000 rmb per sq mt, then the price went north all the way until today....
