I don't claim to be know-it-all on this subject, but as a Chinese guy who married a local girl( half white half Philipino ) here in the US, I find some stuff in this article hard to believe -
1. He starts fondling Rose on the first date? In public no less? Come on, if she is no prostitute, this happens only in movies.
2. Giving Anne a massage in public on the first date? Have sex on second date? The author is having a wet dream.
3. British women have better skin tone than American women? Because of Thames? Paleeeez.....
4. Head of a university would marry a woman who can't speak a word of English? And she still can't communicate with him after living together for 2 years? The story is more plausible if he is a plumber.
5. So Chinese women marry white men because of money? Last time I checked on average Asian men had the highest salaries.
6. Chinese women should not marry white men, because of what? Domestic violence? Gimme a break!
7. I know quite a few interracial couples and whilte it is true that interracial marriages have a higher divorce rate, I see true love all the time. The author is making a bunch of blanket statements that don't have a leg to stand on.
