i do not know about the job market in china, but if you have no work experiences any where, it does not sound good
going further on PhD would be helpful if
you want to do research
or teach on campus
company R & D
but if you work otherwise in other functions PhD may not help, could even hurt
if you are going back to china, some other guys already back there may point directions for you. i would not want to mislead you.
a hint: next time you ask for help, be specific.there is no wrong question, there is only wrong answer. but you need to ask right. the way you asked was too broad.
think about a question like this: i am ready to get married, what kind of wife do i want?
how do you think people answer that one, if no info on who you are and what you are and what you expect?
when people drop a few lines and expect others to go pages of guess work,that typically does not work too well
