Role and Responsibilities:
This role is in the metadata team, which is being established to own all development activities related to the ECT metadata project. The application will be implemented using Oracle and Windows/.Net technology.
•Liaise with co-workers (in a multi-site team) and internal customers on requirements analysis, design, user training, implementation and support issues.
•Creating dynamic and innovating designs and implementations.
•Engaging with other team members to help refine the requirements and define technical direction.
•Work with other team members to ensure the smooth integration of different components.
•Developing and integrating application according to technical design.
•Making modifications to existing applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and customer needs.
Qualifications
•Essential 3+ Years of experience with the Microsoft .Net technology, including ASP.Net, C#, xml & ADO.NET, with some exposure to any relational DBMS (Oracle, MSSQL)
•Desired - Use of Oracle DBMS (though training can be provided)
•Experience in analysis of requirements, and of system design in a Windows environment
•Basic Level of database expertise
•Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related subject.
