Title: Project Manager - Product Creation Tools

Location: Beijing

Job Requirements :

• Project planning by facilitating proper requirement capture, work-breakdown and estimates to develop the project
schedule and documentation
• Project tracking at the task level
• Participating in resource planning
• Risk management
• Presenting the project at key project milestones
• Working with the platform integration manager to define and track dependencies and integration points with other components
• Contributing to Project Management processes to ensure company operate lean and efficient processes which help deliver quality products
• Ensuring projects adhere to all applicable processes
• Licensee facing work, as appropriate, to facilitate requirement capture and product

Essential Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Good people skills and can interact effectively within the organisation.
• Typically manages projects with 15-20 staff
• Interact with internal customers/stakeholders as well as external
• Actively manages and mitigate risks.

Preferred:
• BE or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline
• Experience of managing development projects within software or telecoms industry
• Track record of successful delivery
• Technical understanding of Software development, release and integration issues
• Strong leadership and influencing skills at all levels of management
• Ability to apply creative solutions to non-standard problems
• Able to mentor technical resources and to influence and manage change
• Delivery focused, Self starter, able to work unsupervised
• Proactive and structured approach to problem solving
• Able to work with a wide range of people from developers to senior management staff
• Leadership as well as management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
