Can they really cash out on OTCBB? I doubt it. There is
no liquidity for this kind of stock and selling a few thousand
shares would crash the price. this is a pipedream that
deceive the uninformed. They can better focus on their
business by staying private and not having to incur all
the legal and auditing cost.
Am i right, partially right or totally ignorant here?
