There are plenty examples that a us copany moved up to Nasdaq and reached $1 plus billion marketcap. Otherwise, there is no reason for OTCBB to exist any more.
There are a lot of investors loving to buy into a private place or secondary offerings of a OTCBB company. Think about it, there are plenty investors to put money in a worth-nothing startup company. At least, an OTCBB company has much much less risks than a startup. Different people have different investment philosophy. You see a risk, other people see profit. right?
