you need a physical address at least, contact your county or city for registration, apply with your state to get certificate and pay franchising fee each year to your state. Apply your tax id number from the Federal and each year you must file the forms and pay tax if you make money. There will be estimate tax withholding each quarter the year after you make money. State franchising fee is higher for LLP or LLC, lower for S corp. But as a foreign business entity or individual you are not qualified for S Corp. I believe C Corp. is ok in your case. Inc. stands for incorporated. So it is either C or S. For details you may need to hire an attorney. I don't want to mislead you. However, as a do-it-yourself guy plus with some limited business/accounting/legal knowledge I have set up several of my own companies and they have been operating for years.
