Job Description: The GM role is served as contact point for all sales activities of the JV and is responsible for the successful sales to more clients on behalf of JV. The GM builds and maintains effective relationships with the client, manages the sales of ongoing activities through the company and ensures deal opportunities is penetrated
The GM acts as the primary ambassador and relationship manager, representing the client interests in the JV and acting as the primary escalation point for major sales with strategic direction and solution. It is the role that is ultimately accountable for the effective resolution of client’s needs, liaising with the Chinese company business.
The role leads and fosters opportunities by identifying new deal with leveraged resources from the Chinese company and communicating new and capability of service offerings of the multinational to the Chinese company and the client.
The GM demonstrates strong relationship building capability, operating in partnership with one or more Sales Support Managers to integrate with and Account Teams, Program Managers and with Capability Delivery Managers within and across regions, service lines, offerings, and LOBs to achieve client objectives.
The role typically has vision to lead the JV to achieve targets from Board of Director. It manages a small team of Service Managers but also typically manages a large team of indirect reports.
