first I appreciate the contribution you have made to the growth of our business. We do consider our employee as the most valuable capital and we want their effort including myself be fairly compensated, if not the best. Therefore, each year the company would hire an independent outside consultant to evaluate our compensation practice, and benchmark our compensation level against that of industry average. The salary survey conducted recently by our consultant indicated that our salary level is quite competitive, as a matter of fact, we are about 10% above the industry level. So, I do not think your request for a salary adjustment is justified. I feel that you and I sould set up a time to sit down and go through consultant's report. blah blah blah
