register LLC in a state other than the one you reside, such as in Delaware. You may be required to have a physical address or a mail box if you are the one filling out the Articles of Organization with the State of Neveda. If you delegate your attorney as a resident agent in Neveda for the filing, you have no need for a physical address. However, the attorney fee and the possible higher annual fee for non-resident LLC will add to your cost. Also, each state has its own laws so you need to check it by yourself.
