In case you want to use a Nevada LLC for the an investment, these are the steps to start the process. I can walk through with you up to step three if you want. It will take less than an hour.
1. File an Article of Organization with state of Nevada directly or via a resident agent filing on your behalf.
There are two ways you can use to setup an LLC in Nevada: through a resident agent or doing the filing yourself:
You need to start by choosing a unique LLC name which is not currently registered with the State of Nevada:

If you want to through a service to start the filing process, you can usehttps://www.incparadise.com. It seems to provide a reasonable rate.
Once you are on the website, you can the menu on the left column:
"Nevada LLC
ORDER ONLINE
Set up a Limited Liability
Company Online
(L.L.C., LLC, LC"
This will take you to an application page where you can start applying for an LLC.
If you decide to do the filing yourself:
A) Download Nevada LLC form packet at
https://secretaryofstate.biz/comm_rec/crforms/crforms.htm
You'll need to complete the Article of Organziation,
the Resident Agent, the Customer Order Instruction,
and the Credit Card Instruction forms.
B) You'll need a Nevada Resident Agent to complte the
"Resident Agent" form. You can contact IncParadise
which seems to offer a reasonable price:

C) File directly with Nevada Secretary of State (with
all the filing fees.

2. Obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from
https://sa.www4.irs.gov/sa_vign/newFormSS4.do
3. Complete and sign the LLC Operating Agreement with all members of the LLC.
4. Open a LLC bank account and fund the account
You will need to bring with you a copy of signed LLC Operating Agreement and the federal EIN number.
5. Complete and send in the Initial List Officer with appropriate fees with State of Nevada.
