1、传输数据不是移动的强项。
- With the deployment of HSDPA and HSUPA, mobile data is getting more and more attractive.
2、移动接入的多样化，让3G不再风光。
- Wrong. Wifi is only for short distance. WiMax can only be a supplement solution for cellular system. I don't think Operator would like to spend billion dollars to build up new network and infrastructure to replace all existing cellular systems.
3、生命周期有可能会很短。
- Don't think so. This is wrong concept from some top management of China mobile.
4、移动运营商意图控制产业链，反倒成为产业链发展的绊脚石
- China has not officially deployed 3G network yet. It is absolutely too early to give out such Dumi conclusions only based on current situation in China. Please take a look at the countries who already deploy 3G networks, such as Japen, Korea, Europe and USA.
5、出于保护语音收入，移动运营商对上3G有顾忌。
- This is the only place I would share certain agreement with you. 3G deployment is for multimedia applications. Eventually, the revenue from data will exceed the one from voice. Depends on the price, I doubt the cost for using SKYPE type of VOIP apps on mobile will be more than voice call. Even though, you still need to pay for the data traffic on your cellular phone.
Just look at all these big giants in wireless world, they are not stupid. The thought from some China operators, such as China mobile, can not represent the future trend of development. Eventurally, they will learn the lessons, something big.
