CLP HOLDINGS build a wind power plant in China

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Hong Kong-based CLP HOLDINGS is currently gearing-up to build a wind power plant in China. The proposed facility, to be sited on Hailing Island, is expected to cost about $100,000,000 to build.

CLP employs a total staff of about 4,400 and operates as a holding company for electric utilities. Its Chinese subsidiary, CLP POWER CHINA LTD. (CLP-PC), is responsible for managing its parent’s businesses in China.
